And that's how our flat fee listing structure came about. Here's how it works:

Our flat fee listing commission for homes, including homes on land, is $5,500.

Our flat fee listing commission for vacant land, no matter the size of the tract, is $3,500.

The Buyer's Agent commission amount that you offer is determined by you, the seller. We will chat more about this during our consultation.
